Dog Training Techniques - classical conditioning Never Fails
Within the dog training techniques you can find classical conditioning, operant conditioning, positive and negative reinforcement, and a variety of other methods to teach the animal a given behavior. These techniques are not limited to dogs, is true, apply to other animals and humans, in fact the scoring system is a reward system complexity, a good action, a reward (a good note).
Turning to training techniques dogs, dog training techniques, the most widely used technique is undoubtedly classical conditioning, also known conditions responsible, which in fact is one of the simplest methods of training and was also the first to be put on intense scientific investigation. Thanks to the Russian physiologist Ivan Pavlov, who first developed the technique of classical conditioning while studying digestion processes of dogs. His recognition experiment, ringing a bell when you are going to give food to the animal, after several repetitions, with the mere sound of the bell, animal salivary glands salivate as if about to eat.
Another thing is operant conditioning, which is a training technique that is more related to the development of new behaviors, and not exactly with the association between a stimulus and an act or conduct reflects. The development of operant conditioning techniques we owe to B. F. Skinner, who was based on investigations of Pavlov, Edward L. Thorndike and the natural selection theory of Charles Darwin.
An example of operant conditioning is the phenomenon observed when a dog jumps on his love for it to play with him or to receive it. The dog jumps on the master, inappropriate behavior, but the love ends up playing with him to soothe him, then the behavior is strengthened because the animal got what he wanted, and when it tends to repeat over and over again, thus creating an annoying habit.
In dog training we use dog training techniques to teach positive behaviors to the dog, for example, we use food rewards to reward good behavior.
