Being a Christian leader involves empowering others. As team building, empowering others involves establishing trust. The cooperation, collaboration and listening all the confidence build. Become vulnerable, as Jesus did, to underpin confidence. Cede power builds confidence and strengthens the team. But who gives you power? It is necessary to develop radar for talent. One way to locate it is to see what people like, what renews and invigorates them. You probably have a talent for it. Supporting them, watching them and help them develop the character traits and skills they need. Recognize and honor them. Make heroes of them. Exit from the spotlight so that it can take a step into the lead from the service. Being a servant leader in the model of Jesus Christ. Bring courage of Hearts
Persistence in a task is difficult. People start with enthusiasm and commitment, but over time their strength diminishes, and diminishes their commitment waver. This is the moment where leaders must take courage and encouragement acknowledging victories, reaffirming the values, celebrate success. Remember these words of the Gospel: "... whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave - just as the Son of man came not to be served but to serve, and give his life a ransom for many. " (Matthew 20.25-28, NIV)
Offering encouragement means addressing every member of your team as a whole person.
or the heart - people capture and praise them to do things right. Christian leaders acknowledge that they do not own anything and nothing is for them. Knowledge, skills, relationships, positions, money, power and everything else that is available to them only for the service of others. Given this belief, the Christian leaders do not see the success of others as a threat. They are humble. When things go well, we acknowledge the contributions of others. When things go wrong, they wonder what they could do better. Servant leaders to solicit and encourage feedback and criticism so that they can serve better in the future.

For example, Walt Disney has told members of the cast to its theme parks "to keep them smiling." He knew that if people smiled, the mission of Disneyland would be on track. Christian leaders are also very explicit, understandable, unambiguous statements of value. They classify their values so that people who carry out what to do if the people values in conflict. For example, do you choose security or speed if you can not choose both? The most important Christian leaders model and illustrate their vision and values.
or hands - hands do the work. They play and help others do, by coaching, planning and evaluation of performance and more. The hand of the leader is most useful when you're giving a pat on the shoulder of someone recognizing good performance.
or habits - habits of the most important Christian leaders are prayer, solitude, scripture study, and faith in God and fidelity to the true honest relationship .......
