7 Tips To finish the job
We all want to finish more work in less time. However, do you have the feeling that never arrive on time? Do you work non-stop and never strikeouts things the to-do list? Well you're not alone.
You have to manage time.
In fact the key to productivity is not working more, but work better.
Below I describe seven small but important tricks to dramatically increase your job performance. It is increasing every day as often as you can say "this is already done.?
1. Before you start the day, decide that you are 5 important tasks to complete. I did not say "want to end? but "you're going to end.? Of the 5 ensures that at least three (better four) are important (those who bring sales, earn medals or increase your career opportunities). Write by hand a list of these five tasks.
2. Before you start your day, check your "urgent tasks?. Of these, which you can identify delayed indefinitely. Almost always, the urgency may simply be forgotten. These tasks are preventing us from completing important. We must learn to be fierce in the denial of fooling.
3. Reduce distractions. The best way to complete important tasks is disconnecting the world. It is not always possible, but try to take calls on a fixed schedule. Do not be always open the mail and put the Skype, Messenger and others in "Out of line?
By nature people are sociable and like to communicate with others. However, we are also able to stop rational creatures (at least for short periods) our impulses. Undoubtedly, this is the trick more effectively to improve productivity.
4. Delegate tasks to others. What other things can do for you? Of the tasks that you could not completely rule in step 2, what can happen to someone else?

If it is impossible to finish all in one sitting, divide the task into "activities? smaller ones. They must be concrete sequential steps leading to final completion of the task. Thus, you will have a clear plan and a list of steps that can be crossed out.
6. Identifies the premises to which you are subject. Have you ever gotten a hurry to finish something, only to arrive and check you can not continue until another did not finish his own? The blame for this is yours!
If you previously had seen the dependencies could have rearranged your priorities. And if you could do it, but at the cost of not completing more important, you have to reject the request.
Feel the person, explain your reasons and politely say that you should not take responsibility. If your boss comes and you have no choice, at least tell you about the consequences on other projects of this change.
