We've all heard of countries with great highways, and even be praised total roads of the same cities, usually in Europe. But our reality, at least in Guadalajara, and most of Latin America, is quite different. It is no wonder, considering the difference in budgets aimed at maintaining and improving transport links. The so-called "bumps" are without doubt more risky condition of a road, our vehicles can damage or even cause an accident unfortunate consequences.
