Improve the achievement of results (Method Core)


Would you like to achieve better results? Increase the sales, improve teamwork, be more effective? It is clear that to improve the results we must change the actions we take (interactions in the business). To do this we must understand that such actions and interactions are not made capriciously, but are the product of behavior, habits, attitudes of the person or team. In turn, behaviors, individual and group expectations arising from previous decisions. And these expectations and decisions are the product of the emotions, thoughts, opinions, values, knowledge and beliefs. Which are pre-conditioned by emotional and mental models, personal and cultural, of the organization and the society in which it develops. This pyramid outlines the basic path to reach concrete results. The basis of the whole network is in the mental and emotional patterns, which are products of our experience s, culture, health, beliefs, code of ethics and moral education, etc.. and we have been storing up in our personal lives, and are also established in the organizational culture. Each team and company have their own mental models and own emotionality.

What is important for best results? Intervene in that part of the pyramid is moving away from us those results. How? Perhaps the best thing is to assess what is in each portion of the pyramid and make decisions about it ... but the closer to the base of the pyramid is that we must change, the more difficult because it is the part where we are most blind to see it.

The problem is that we are not aware of the source of the problem, and then only intervene in what we see, or at the top of the pyramid. Conscience is the space in which happen all realize all aware of some aspect of reality (external and internal). Consciousness is the door that allows us to intervene to improve a result, we can not intervene in those areas that we can not distinguish. If only act on the consequences (symptoms), our action will be highly ineffective and short-term effects. To delve into the causes we must expand awareness to expand the capacity for effective action, and thus improving the results. It is therefore necessary to unravel the emotional and mental models and team members, just as cultural patterns prevailing in the organization, as are the models which ultimately determine the outcome achieved. Now, being more aware of the process that leads to the result, we can develop the most appropriate level, whether it's with a classical training or through an attitudinal skills development, which involves a deeper change. In this way we ensure a good return on investment in training or skills development and ultimately a much more effective and sustainable over time.

The CORE method (base) works precisely on this expansion / deepening of consciousness. Consciousness means CORE reflective observation of Experience. It is a methodology developed after years of working in business, training, training and conferences. The CORE method focuses on achieving effective results, with well-being and sustainable over time, for research, broadening and changing the basis of all action: mental models, emotional, cultural paradigms and discourses in which we operate.
