How to Recruit In MLM - your relationships can be complicated - Part Three

Why, sometimes, your relationship with your distributors is so complicated, and do not know how to handle it at certain times?
In my opinion there are 2 main reasons:
1. In a relationship with one of your distributors, you see what you see, or you have been accustomed, or educated, or taught to see.
2. You can see everything that lets you see your dealer.
The second reason for your relationship with your dealer or your prospect can be difficult is because you can see only that it lets you see, you know, initially, the more that you are saying, it is recommended that you use your intuition, you must understand what your dealer wants to tell you, they are saying without words, of course this ability you going to develop slowly, if you already have is very good, congratulations!
Over time each relationship is becoming more complicated, you have to have in your head as a profile of each person in your structure, and sometimes you need much memory to know every detail of every relationship.
Exercise:
a. When you talk with a distributed yours, focus on him and not what you want or think, this will help you understand it better and so much more easily help.
You have to concentrate so that you have to imagine that your whole life depends on what you are going to say this person, now you have to forget you, your family, your problems, all that exists now is your dealer and the problem you're going to solve.
b. Look in the eyes, this will help you see all your reactions, your problem better immerse yourself in their world, and he's going to help much more easily say what you want because you will feel that someone really listening, and in return will tell you what really hurts, frustrations have that doubt, but trouble for you this is valuable information to help improve the relationship with this dealer.
