Promoting Your Blog - 30 minutes a Day Blog Promotion Part 1 - Research


Promote your blog may seem like a task that can easily take hours and hours of your time each day. Think about it! There are many things you would do to promote your blog. This is only natural, as every blogger wants his blog to be as effective as possible. On the other hand, there are only so many hours in a day. What is the lesson here? The lesson is that you need to make the most of your time and make sure you spend your time where it has the most value for you. The system will show you will have less than 30 minutes a day to get when you set up correctly. The focus of this article is the research that you have to do to make your job of promoting your blog.

Step 1: Keyword Research

The first day will focus on keyword searching. You need to find "high traffic - low competition" keywords that are relevant to your niche. The tool we suggest you use Google's external keyword tool. The reason I suggest this tool is that Google is free and since they rely on advertisers to make money is a fair bet that it is reasonably accurate. Search for keywords that get a good deal of research, but have low competition in the green bar. Add keywords to your list.

This is keyword research to its foundations. There is so much more you can know the subject so I can only encourage you to do further studies in this area. This phase lasts about 30 minutes alone and is not something you should do every day. Doing it once a month should give you enough material for a whole month worth of blog posts.

Step 2: Search Content

Choose a keyword and do a search on EzineArticles, Wikipedia and Google for that keyword. You need to find 4 to 6 tips for your keyword. Do not spend more than 5 minutes on this step. You must ensure that the suggestions you find are tips that you can draw on. If you do not think there's nothing more to say about any suggestion of which is probably not a good idea to use it for writing blog. You must be able to write 4 to 6 sentences that elaborate on each of the tips that are .......
