Search Engine Marketing Consulting - 3 tips to help you with your Local Search Marketing

One of the largest Search Engine Marketing Consulting tips I can give you is to get the number one traffic-free. The tip I can give another is to make sure that the traffic is coming from a variety of sources. Without writing a manifesto, I'll briefly in a few different traffic sources you can tap into to improve your rankings search.

. 1) Forum - No matter what niche you are, it is inevitable that there is a forum related to your niche. Do a Google search for xxx xxx forum to be your niche. For example, if you run an accounting firm in San Diego to search for Forums Accounting in San Diego. Once you visit the forum to look at the number of threads and posts and check that there is a lot of activity going on here. There is no point in posting on a dead forum.

Be sure to include your signature file in every post on the forum, but your aim is to enter as an expert and never spam the forums. If you do not let you go through your post on the best. At worst it will delete your account and you'll never be allowed to post again on this particular forum.

2.) Yahoo Answers

A link from Yahoo Answers is very valuable. Just Google, visit their website and set up a free account. You get points for each question is answered. You can get many more points for each answer is chosen as the top pick for that particular question. If you post a reply a day for 90 days is really going to get targeted traffic to your site.

3.) Craigslist Ads

If you operate a local business, try to make it a point to publish a local craigslist ad every couple of weeks or so. People are constantly looking locally for special services that can help meet their needs. Craigslist is a very high PR site and while the links do not last forever unless you run ads, which will help you index your site very quickly and will give your site a bit 'fast PR.

I really hope these three tips of Search Engine Marketing advice you can get some extra traffic. They definitely will be if they just practice ....
